I cannot say enough good about this company and their staff. Susan is always willing to help and is so knowledgeable. The team at the Muskegon branch is so patient and kind. The customer service is always so amazing. They take the time to remember people’s names and greet them like long time friends or family. Our pool was a DISASTER when we bought our house. We were using another pool company who just kept blowing us off and wouldn’t listen when we had concerns. One call to Pool and Spa Doctors and I learned more in a 20 minute conversation than the weeks of fighting with the other company. Now our pool is clean and running great! Highly recommend this team!! They’ve earned customers for life in us! Thank you!!

I guess when you are busy it gives you the right to be rude and unprofessional. Used this company for years to service our hot tub that we purchased new from them. They used to go out of their way to service any issues within a day or so. Now they are over two weeks out for service in November. Two weeks in a freezing climate would mean a solid block of ice for a hot tub that’s not heating. Similar issue happened over the summer. For this reason I can no longer recommend the Pool and Spa Doctors. I see they have a new company name Home Services, don’t be fooled it’s the same bad service from the same people.

This company was used to set up and install the hottub at my home. I have since been told by this company, they they are unable to make any attempt to service or help me with the tub. Cant understand why anyone would give them money...
