I opened my pool but ran into a snag when an air bleeder nut broke on my sand filter. No one locally could help me but Bay Area Pool and Spa came through so I could finish my project the next day. They didn't have a brand new one but found one on an old piece of equipment in the 'back'. Jake went above and beyond to help me out. They have put in a new pump and worked on my sand filter in the past and I have been very happy with their work. Thank you!!

They are a busy place. Friendly customer service. Not the fastest though. We have been waiting months for our new pool cover. They do have a great selection of pool designs, hot tubs, fireplace designs and so on. They sell pool supplies and hot tub supplies. They also offer service and all of the items they install and or sell. The customer service is there only weak part. We realize it's hard to find quality technicians and sometimes even the parts due to manufacturing delays related to covid. But we do wish them success. We will continue to use them. If you're dealing with their service just make sure you get a firm commitment from them and double-check the day before they are supposed to arrive.

Decent place that changed hands a few years ago from what I understand. I guess the old owners were not that great. The people are helpful and always willing to test our water and help us get things balanced. They've also educated us on how to do interval care at home. 4 stars because they are pricy and they still won't give us past service info for the house we bought.

I have no idea how this company has 5 star reviews. They have literally been giving me the run around FOR NINE MONTHS for my pool repair. Have had to repeatedly call and give the same exact information every time even after their own guys had initially been to my home to get that information themselves in the very beginning. No response to my e-mails. Have been told numerous times they’d call me back and never once did and then seemed irritated and acted like it was a joke when I would call to inquire. No clue if they even ordered what we needed this entire time. I called another company who literally helped me more within a 20 minute phone call than this company did in months.
