I had a bit of a rocky start with my order, but I want to give credit where it’s due. The way Jim handled the issue was what you hope for when dealing with any business. He was upfront, honest, extremely responsive, and went above and beyond to make it right—showing they truly value their customers. That level of accountability is rare these days. In the end, the pool table itself is fantastic—great quality, looks amazing in my space, and exactly what I was hoping for. Mistakes can happen with any business, but how they respond is what matters most, and these guys really stepped up. Overall, I’d absolutely recommend them. Just know that if something does go wrong, they’ll take care of you.

Jim was excellent to work with! He went above and beyond to answer our questions and get our pool table delivered and set up. I asked for the stain color so I could match some accessories and he actually brought me some of the stain! Very responsive to my phone calls and questions, it was a pleasure doing business with Jim. I highly recommend getting your next game room items here!

I called Jim with a question about my pool table, and he went out of my way to search his systems and help answer my question, even though I wasn't necessarily a customer at the time. He was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. 10/10, highly recommended.
