I love Columbia pools and spas day. They always assist with professionality and eagerness and are always on time and have a wonderful attitude and their products are superb. We bought. A Jacuzzi spa pool swim spa and and a Neptune Ada lyft. They and their professional techs installed everything.

As new pool and spa owners, we’ve definitely had some anxiety about managing everything that comes with it—but Columbia Pool and Spa has made the experience so much smoother and more enjoyable. From the start, their team has been incredibly supportive. Steve, the service manager, was especially responsive with communication and quick to address an issue we had with damaged equipment. It gave us a lot of confidence knowing we could count on such prompt and reliable service. The team that opened our pool was equally impressive, friendly, professional, and very patient with all of our questions. John in particular went out of his way to explain how everything works and made sure we felt comfortable moving forward on our own. While we plan to handle weekly maintenance ourselves, it’s reassuring to know Columbia Pool and Spa is right here when we need help, whether it’s for questions, more involved maintenance, or supplies. We’re very grateful to have such a dependable local resource!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Columbia Pool and Spa and everyone who works there. Chris and his team have been great to work with. Any issues we have is always handled promptly. We had a rehearsal dinner pool party for my daughter’s wedding, and everyone worked hard so that our pool looked amazing. Thank you!!
