I ended up buying a house that came with a hot tub. I never really wanted the hassle of the maintenance and chemical work that came along with it. When we moved in I met Jaime, who got me set up with a clear and easy chemical maintenance schedule and we have loved it. She is so knowledgeable and made the learning curve feel very manageable. Jaime does an amazing job at recommending chemicals for our pool. Very knowledgeable and friendly. She makes pool maintenance easy with step by step instructions on any problems we have encountered. Jeff is an expert at all things with the physical pool, including pumps, filters, plumbing, and installation. So thankful for the safety cover he installed over our pool, looks great and is truly safe enough to walk on.

My family got their first pool. Jamie was extremely helpful in setting us up with everything we need and making sure we understand how to take care of the water for a great summer of swimming.

I'm assuming her name is Jamie? She diagnosed the issue with our pool water and gave us everything we needed to take it from dark green to crystal clear in 48 hours. The water is the clearest ivd ever seen it in 3 seasons. I will definitely be my chemicals and eventually sand filter from her. Thank you again for being awesome..
