I had such a great experience at A&C Billiards with Cathy, the owner. Her store has an amazing variety of cues, pool tables, and barstools—everything you could possibly need. Honestly, I won't be shopping anywhere else because prices and her customer service are on another level. What stood out most was how personal and welcoming the experience felt. Cathy encouraged me to actually try out different cues right at the front table, even letting me chalk them up to get the full feel. I must have tested several before deciding on a Cynergy Cuetec (which I absolutely love!). What impressed me even more was that Cathy wasn’t trying to push the most expensive option. She genuinely wanted me to find the cue that fit me best—even suggesting I try out a few that were less expensive than the one I ended up choosing. On top of that, she took the time to answer all my questions about caring for my cue tip, ball sets, and even my table. With 30+ years of experience, you can immediately tell you’re dealing with someone who truly knows the game and the products inside out. Cathy and her team were outstanding to work with. Our 700lb outdoor pool table was carried up two flights of stairs onto our roof in multiple parts (three pieces of heavy slate). The installers / assemblers were excellent and very professional. They were on time and on schedule across the board, and they were flexible when we asked for a change. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend A&C Billiards if you want a trusted company and trusted group of people to work around your house. Thank you Cathy -- 5 stars from us!

Best place to buy a pool table or anything for a game room! Hands down the best customer service, inventory and even custom orders. We bought a Plank and Hyde pool table that we just love and get compliments on all the time! We got the matching cue holder and triangle and ordered barstools with the color seat that we wanted and it makes the room look so nice. The accessories don’t seem that important at first if you are not an experienced player but it made all the difference! My husband and I had only played a a bit before just for fun but on Kathy’s advice bought some upgraded pool cues called Cynergy from Cuetec. Wow, what a difference and we played so much better! And just this weekend we visited the store and I got the Cuetec glove also. Again, a wonderful surprise in how much it helped! We just love this store and everyone there is so nice and knowledgeable. Kathy, the owner, is so sweet and Olandy is a real pro and even gives lessons on how to play pool! We are so happy to have found this store!

Stopped by and purchased a few cue sticks before Christmas as gifts. I spoke with Kathy and I told her we owned a pool for 30 years and its such a well made table. I mentioned that it was made in Covina, she asked me the brand, and I told her the brand was World of Leisure. She smiled and told me that my pool table was made by her dad. What a small world!
