Twin State Pool Spa & Billiards

We just bought a new house and needed someone to fix our in ground pool. We've never had a pool so we asked our new neighbors and they suggested Twin State Pool. They went above and beyond the contract we signed, listened to our concerns patiently and came to check on the pool over the weekend when they were closed. We are so happy that we are now having them clean, open and close our pool. Great people!

Hired to inspect and paint our pool. In addition to taking months instead of the promised weeks, the paint immediately started peeling and will need to be completely refinished. In the inspection, the numerous and obvious leaking in the pvc pipes went unmentioned as did a completely disconnected swim jet line. The service was unacceptable. Numerous no shows when scheduled, lies about showing up and claiming the door was locked (it never was and there were no tracks in the snow indicating any attempt to open said door), and, he appoxyed a METAL plate in the pool which is now rusting into the water as a troubleshooting measure to stop a leak. As it happens, he didn't mention to us (first time pool owners) that the amount of water lost could be attributed to the fact the pool was uncovered and evaporating. Since we decided to cover it, there has been no water loss. I will say, they did offer to repaint the pool, but I would rather pay a professional than risk further damage to our home. This is my first Google review, because a company this dishonest and incompetent not only is a waste of money, but also a danger. Maybe it's time for NH to start certifying pool professio

Do not use this company!! Very poor workmanship and they took forever. They do not stand by their work. Brought pictures to the owner of the horrible job and he could careless. Also refused to refund me for water I had paid for that had been put in the pool but they had to dump out because they left a hose between the liner and wall. I had it fill it from my well which took a week. Response- I would be happy to show pictures I have of the poor workmanship to anyone who would like to see them! And the court ordered you refund me the money for the water so who is making false statements.....

Mr White is always respectful and his work is impeccable! Their prices are great and they are timely on their work! I would recommend him for service as well as installation of new pool!

I would highly recommend Twin State Pool, Spa and Billiard to anyone looking for a new pool or just looking for pool supplies, great service, great prices and the owner is very good about explaining everything about the pool system, very caring with over the top professional service.
