We were looking for outdoor patio furniture, Lloyd Flanders in particular. Advertising on website was misleading, " expansive showroom, " and "diverse selection". We missed the small print that the Litchfield showroom was closed for the winter session. When we arrived, we found a small, shabby looking building that was gated and chained. We won't be back.

WOW! Steve and Kerri were kind and knowledgeable. I went there 3 different times. He offered videos for clarification, demonstrations of the product and how to use them, and reasonable rates. My sister and I really appreciated your help today in Hudson! Thank you both!

If you have a problem this is the place to go. Full service, fully stocked with all pool supplies. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. My pool stays clear all season with their help.

I have been very happy with my dealing with the Litchfield store. It appears that one person "mans" the store and he is very helpful, very knowledgeable, and very pleasant. Those are big pluses for me. I highly recommend this store.
