Bemister's Pool & Patio

I met Kim at a show at the Shriners Auditorium. The show itself was overwhelming but when I spoke with Kim she was very informative. She basically provided me with the correct information to be asking other vendors as well as provided info on the Hydropool Tubs. She was welcoming, kind and really had our interests in mind at all times. No pressure just info as if I was talking to a friend. We worked with her for a few weeks gathering information and checking out all models and vendors. When we came to the store she showed us all the different models again while we contemplated our purchase. After making our choice Kim continued the communication with me through the purchase, the build and the delivery process. Hands down I purchased this tub because of her and her customer service. Service has been dead for awhile now and it was very refreshing to see it in her again. She was like a friend that was looking out for me. When I had an issue she jumped to the rescue and found alternative solutions. She made the process easy and enjoyable. I began using my tub today and it is wonderful. We had a great experience from beginning to end. From when we first looked at the chairs and chose colors to first class delivery. They arrived today and they are just perfect! I also snuck in the table when I placed the order, so glad I did! We only wished we purchased right then and there instead of waiting the Summer.

I am very pleased with Darren and his employees at their Hampton location. I received a very fair price in the fall of 2025. They stuck to their agreement today March 2026. I found them courteous and helpful in my purchase. I would recommend Bemister for your project.

We had a wonderful experience at Bemister's. They have a nice showroom with many options displayed. The staff are very friendly, and they helped us determine the options we wanted. We will definitely return to Bemister's! Their parking lot is easiest to get to if you are traveling north on Broadway. Depending on the time of day it could be tricky to make a left turn from south bound Broadway.

Very happy with the purchase of my pool. Very high quality. The installation crew were very knowledgeable and professional and being in the costruction field for over 30 years I can tell a good crew. The 15x30 pool is more complicated than a round pool ( see photos) and should be professionally installed. The crew cleaned site when they were finished. Highly recommend
