From the moment they arrived, they handled my pool table with great care and attention to detail, making sure everything was protected and moved safely. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent, and they took the time to explain every step so I felt confident in the service being provided. The setup was flawless, and you can truly tell they take pride in what they do. The table looks incredible and plays perfectly level better than I expected. It’s rare to find a company that combines professionalism, skill, and customer service at this level. The entire experience was smooth, stress-free, and worth every penny. Just had V and his crew come take apart and temporarily move our pool table. They took their time and were very professional. Looking forward to having them back to re-felt when it is time. So far I would highly recommend. Will follow up once job and felting is complete with new pictures.

Vanel is an absolutely beast when it comes to customer service. Open and timely communication, delivery as expected, and even service recovery when something didn’t go according to plan (7 ball was missing, so he shipped a new set to me). Although there was a bit of a language barrier, the team assembling knew their shit and we used a translator app to communicate. All around great experience. Oh, and they even replaced the felt with a color of our choice. Totally worth it to have the Apex Billiards team for delivery and set up. Well Done!
