This is THE best pool cue repair service I have ever used. There attention to detail is second to none. The are highly skilled and can handle any job they approach. They are also able to handle very high end and elite/rare cues with absolute precision. I will use no one else.

My Dad’s nearly 50-y/o cue was in bad shape and missing a shaft. The sentimental value was particularly high and I was reluctant to let it leave my sight for just anyone to work on it. After sending over some photos and a phone consultation, I felt confident that Proficient Billiards had the expertise to bring this cue back to proper order. I feel as though my expectations were very realistic and upon unboxing my Dad’s cue, I was nearly brought to (happy) tears at what they had done. The photos speak for themselves. Absolutely incredible work with an uncompromising attention to detail. I will never have another company touch any of my cues moving forward. If you care about quality, you won’t either!
