My son and I got this table from a seller in Greece, NY during Covid. We contacted Watlack's to move it, and 6 years later they re-felted to surface with a custom felt we had fabricated. Super happy to have met them! I purchased a table from someone who was supposed to deliver and assemble it but the assembler wasn't able to make it. I wanted it together before thanksgiving and called multiple people and Watlacks was able to work it out with me and assemble it the next day, allowing me to enjoy my new pool table with my family for the holidays. Super friendly and welcoming people! 10/10 would recommend

Watlack’s Billiards were wonderful! Ed and Spenser went above and beyond to deliver and set up our custom bumper pool table. They made sure that the felt was the perfect purple and even found a NY Giants cover for it! Playing bumper pool reminds us of growing up. We love it! Thank you so much! Ed and Spenser were amazing! They spent over 2 hours at our house working to my family’s 100-year old table back to life (which my mom shipped to me from SoCal when my grandpa’s house was sold). From working to level it, to repairing and reattaching all the pockets, to literally taking off the rails and slate to adjust the inner workings of the tracks, they went above and beyond to make everything perfect for us. At one point Ed actually went into my garage and cut pieces of 2x4s with my mitre saw (definitely NOT their job) to reinforce the wood inside the table so it could continue to hold up the slate. I cannot praise them enough for the effort, care, and attention they put into our project, and would recommend them 1000/1000 times to anyone looking to repair their table, (especially if it’s an antique!). They have definitely earned a customer for life, and I am so grateful for the time they put in. Hearing the sounds of our table working again, which hadn’t been used since my grandma passed in 1994, brought tears to mine and my mom’s eyes, and that is something that is beyond priceless (especially since their prices are so fair!!).
