All the staff are polite, knowledgeable, and very understanding about your needs. For 2 weeks I struggled to get my "Walmart" special to clear up. And after a lot of research I figured out it was the circulation. Mandi helped me find the right size sand filter setup for my size pool and had it ordered from NY. After 2 days from installation if my new filtration system. My pool went from this..... To this.... To all the great people at Clearwater I thank you and my kids thank you! GREAT JOB!

I first met the owner, Terry, at the Keene Home Expo a couple shows ago. Seeing the hot tubs set up and offering financing sold me. The hot tub is the one thing my wife and I use on a regular basis when traveling so having one installed was an easy decision. We also had Terry install a patio around the hot tub. What excellent workmanship. The patio is still perfect after a couple years. The hot tub had some minor issues over last winter which Terry's people took care of right away for us - THAT's real service. Clearwater Pool & Spa of Keene backs up what it sells. We couldn't ask for better service! We are extremely happy with our hot tub and usually use it several times a week at least - sometimes more. It is easy to maintain. In addition, we went to the store on a number of occasions. We always found the staff there (especially Mandi) very helpful and knowledgeable and low pressure - not trying to sell you what you don't need. I highly recommend everyone contact Clearwater for their hot tub or pool needs! I've attached a couple photos showing the before and after of the space where the hot tub was installed.

Terry and his crew installed a pool for us 2 years ago. Customer service from start to finish has been awesome and everyone at the store is extremely helpful with any questions we've needed answered along the way. We would definitely purchase a pool from them again!
