I can’t say enough good things about Jacki with Elko. She is great at what she does and has the perfect personality for it. She was super helpful with picking out and helping me understand exactly what I was looking for. And made the process completely stress free. I definitely recommend Elko and ask for Jacki if she is there that day.

Excellent as always! I’ve purchased both a cold plunge and swim spa from Elko Spas and they’ve been great to work with every time. Trease was my salesperson and did an excellent job helping me through the process. Jacki has also been very helpful and knowledgeable along the way. I bought my sauna somewhere else and that turned out to be a huge mistake. It led to months of not being able to use it, along with months of waiting for service-related issues to be addressed before I could even enjoy it. Looking back, I really wish I would’ve stuck with Elko for my sauna too. Great products, great service, and a team you can trust.always

Awesome Service I mistakenly just gave a one star before and I was so wrong. I was trying to push five stars so please don’t judge them by my mistakes. Joey is a gem! I highly recommend using Elko and their people to take care of your pool!!!

I just wish the set up in July had come with clearer instructions so I didn't need multiple service calls. I will say Elko sells great products and are very responsive to concerns. Nice service folks who helped explain things that hopefully will prevent future needs for service calls.
