Atlantic Spas and Billiards

We recently purchased a Hot Springs Pulse hot tub from Atlantic Spa and Billiards, and we could not be happier with the experience, thanks to Annie Hagen. From the moment we walked in, Annie did a fine job assisting us through the selection process without any high-pressure sales tactics. What really stood out, though, was her customer service after the sale. Once the hot tub arrived and was installed, we had a handful of follow-up questions about operation and maintenance. Annie was incredibly helpful, responsive, and patient in making sure we were comfortable with everything. If you are looking for a new spa, go see Annie—she provides fantastic support from start to finish!

Working with Atlantic Spas has been exceptional. I got the pleasure of working with Carli and she was fabulous all the way through the process. She was knowledgeable of the different spas and helped guide me in the right direction. The price was good and I’m pleased with the purchase. The ordering and delivery went smooth. The best part was when Carli came to my house to help me set up the tub with the different chemicals so I can start to enjoy it. Everything is running perfectly and I’ve been using it every day. Spas are an investment into your health and relaxation which I believe it to be worth the money spent. I highly recommend Carli and Atlantic Spas.

I visited the store for a gasket and showed photos of a hot tub we had removed from a second-story balcony. While asking about converting it to saltwater, Sean, the store manager of the Wilmington location, showed me a Calispas hot tub and quoted $1,000 + $400 delivery, explaining that the saltwater generator had gone bad and they could not get a replacement. My husband and I returned Saturday, and the same price was quoted again several time. Only after my husband confirmed 1 last time as we were walking away that did he say he needed to “check with Raleigh.” Based on that pricing, we decided to move forward. I emailed Monday and received a response that he would get back to me by the end of the week. After not hearing back, I followed up again by email, which bounced back as undeliverable, and I ultimately had to call the store myself. I was then told the deal would not be honored and was instead offered the tub for $2,500. That is a completely different price from what was quoted multiple times. If pricing is not approved, it should not be presented as confirmed. Based on the price being communicated multiple times, we had already begun making arrangements for the spa we cur

Went there to pick up 25 different sized pool sticks,extra tip,chalk and powder for the boss.While i was waiting for my order to be assembled, I looked around the store, it was amazing. Anything you could think off relating to billards,they had,tables ,specialty cue sticks,etc . They also stocked some very nice spas,there was a couple on the high end(out of my personal price range)that were absolutely gorgeous, they had all amenities you could possibly want. And the staff there were exceptional, friendly,knew there stuff,answered all my questions on my order I was picking up and on the items in the showroom and did with a beautiful smile.

I had a great experience working with Jeff to pick out a sauna and prepare my space for its arrival. It came quickly and was installed easily and professionally. Just a corner of my garage has been turned into a sanctuary thanks to Atlantic Spas and Billiards!
