Their team is extremely knowledgeable about the pool industry and made the whole process easy to understand. What really stood out was how helpful and friendly the staff was. They took the time to walk us through everything step by step, including exactly what’s needed to maintain the pool and how to use the proper chemicals. Not only did they meet my expectations, their focus on education and customer service is worth TEN STARS!!! People who are passionate about pools/spas who will take the time to help you find exactly what you need. People who will make sure you know why that’s the perfect product and how to use it. This is why you shop local!!! You’d rather do things yourself? Me too. But sometimes that means you need some real world advice. These days there’s 100 people who will tell you the wrong way to do something. You’ll find the right way here. So glad I discovered Hallmark. I’m a real Hallmark Pools and Spa customer. I have a beautiful pool installed by Hallmark. They have all the chemicals that make my pool feel great to swim in. The Bacqucil products are nothing like the old fashioned chlorine that smelled awful. Hallmark can test your water and tell you exactly what you need. Trust Hallmark.
