These folks have always been a pleasure to do business with. They won’t sell you anything you don’t need. Unlike the other local pool businesses, these folks have the utmost integrity in helping you maintain your pool.

Had an issue with my pool pump today and found out the motor had gone bad. I called several other local companies, and most of them immediately tried to sell me an entirely new pump because mine had been discontinued. Thankfully, I called here. Susan took the time to listen to what I actually needed, did some research, and was able to find a replacement motor that was not only compatible but also in stock. Because of her knowledge and willingness to help, I was able to get everything repaired and have the pool ready for the weekend. The prices were extremely fair, the customer service was outstanding, and it’s refreshing to find a business that focuses on solving the customer’s problem instead of pushing an unnecessary sale. I’ll definitely be returning for future pool needs. Thanks again, Susan!

Went through a storied pool renovation with Byron and his crew several years ago. His company has been maintaining our pools since the renovation. Signed a year contract in February 2026 to care for our 2 pools. Received a 500,000 gal water bill ($3600) after recently replacing the auto fill module and sensor on both pools. I called and left message for Byron but no call back. Two weeks later, first of May, 2026 we get an unexpected call from the office(not Byron)explaining that they will no longer be maintaining the pools they renovated because they don’t have enough staff and they are dropping the ones too complicated. No 30 day notice per our contract. They actually said they would service one last time and never showed up. Go figure…funny part is I thought I had a pretty good relationship with Byron, guess not. Be careful doing business if anything more than a counter transaction.

We bought a hot tub from pool and patio 7 years ago. The motor quit working in January. They came out twice with no resolution. We hired an electrician to see if he could figure it out. Turns out we need a new motor. Pool and patio told us they are too busy to fix it and call another store for them to service it. We have been great customers but for them to not service what they sell is unforgivable. Needless to say, we would never recommend to buy from a store that is too busy to service their own product. So disappointed, now we are left to try and find someone to repair a $10,000 hot tub.

My ungrounded pool motor stopped working. They were very attentive to assist . I received several phone calls from them to help the same day to assist with a replacement/ repair. Much appreciated for their concern.
