Rosner Cue Repair

I have played with most high end carbon fiber shafts. I eventually landed on Cuetec’s Cynergy line, first Ebony Truewood II, and the Cynergy X Raw. I have been fortunate to know Rosner for years, but I primarily used his shop for tip replacement, extensions, etc. I finally decided to have him customize one of his 2nd generation Carbon fiber 30 inch shaft for my current Hilt. It was the best decision i have made. This shaft is perfect. Balanced at 3.8 in the shaft and fits perfectly with both of my current hilts. The long taper and the feel of every shot is flawless. I highly recommend anything Rosner makes. He is a true artist that can determine what each individual needs/prefers, and can then customize his products to meet or exceed those needs. I rarely give 5 stars to anything, but Rosner Billiards is definitely a 5/5 star business.

Mark installed a tip on one of my kielwood shafts and event corrected an issue with the ferrule for me, Mark is a Great Person and Cue Repair Artist, Now he also allowed me to try his custom Carbon R1 shaft that came off his personal cue on my Shon Hardin cue and it fit like a glove!!! I’m very very picky when it comes to carbon and as a pool player I was blown away and impressed with it that I had to get it, so with that being said, if your in the market for a Carbon shaft The R1 is the way to go hands down!!!!!

Sent this person a text message and photos of the repairs I needed to a cue I have. His response “Send it to meucci”. Not Sorry I can’t do that or anything not even a hello, or sorry I couldn’t help. Don’t know if he does good work but his customer service sure could use some work.

Always great work. Had some shafts worked on in Cherokee nc and he did amazing. Also his cf shafts are top notch
