Traded in a Valley we bought from Moose last year and was lucky enough to get a rarely available, new to me, but used blue label 7’ Diamond table. Rachel was great to work with and Moose and Caleb did an awesome job setting up and removing both tables in a few hours. I live in the RVA area and can’t say enough good things about them. Highly highly recommend Moose for all your table needs. My old Legacy table practically plays like a Diamond after they worked their magic on it! I had a full re-cover with Simonis Cloth and re-level, with new pockets as well. Once they took off the old cloth, they realized it was the wrong rubber profile for the table. Unfortunately I didn’t have the budget to add all new bumpers, but they went above and beyond to meet my needs and helped me out tremendously, and even added a proprietary protective spray at no charge! The whole job in general was the best price you could ever get, and they also offer a military discount. Needless to say, super appreciative for their expert work and customer service, and passion to help out fellow billiards enthusiasts and service members. Extremely satisfied!

Moose, Caleb and Rachel were all fantastic. I had a 7ft table moved from a neighbors home to my walk out basement game room and everything about the process was professional. Rachel's follow up, scheduling and billing coordination made everything seamless. Moose and Caleb did a great job not only handling the table but also providing an enormous amount of knowledge while I was looking over their shoulders. They showed the craftsmanship that actually goes into setting up a table the right way, and were very patient and accommodating to my OCD as the table was lined up and centered in the room just to my liking. I will use them for any and all billiards table needs or upgrades in the future and would 100% recommend with confidence.

We contacted Moose Billiard after a referral from another billiard company. The owners responded immediately and came to the house the same day to assess what we needed. The repairman (Bernard) came later that day. I must say that he was one of the most professional repairman I have ever seen. He was extremely methodical and never rushed. Repaired things that weren’t on the contract, free of charge. If anyone needs anything done to a pool table, highly recommend calling Moose Billiards and request Bernard.
