We had an absolutely amazing experience when West Penn came to fix a beloved pool table! They were able to come out for repairs much sooner than expected and were wonderful to coordinate with beforehand, with quick communications on phone, email, and text. When they actually showed up to do the service, they were professional and friendly! They worked efficiently and kept us well informed of every step of the process! The pool table looks great and all in all, it couldn't have been a better experience!

Absolutely legendary service. From “Schmitty” who took my call the day before the big winter storm and took the time to walk me through everything possibly wrong with my gas fireplace, to DJ, the young kid who came, knew his stuff, and expertly and quickly fixed my problem, this is the type of customer service that should be the standard everywhere.

If you're in the market for a "quality" billiard table, this is the ONLY place you should buy from. Last year I decided to finally fulfill my life long dream of buying my own billiard table and it's safe to say, for as long as I waited and how pricey they can get, I took it very serious. After reading the reviews about how amazing the owners were, I thought I would take an hour long ride out to see for myself. Before I made the trip, I emailed to ask a few basic questions and each time I got a quick and friendly response. When I finally made the trip I was greeted with the same courtesy. I walked around and took a look at each table they had, but after I laid eyes on the Olhausen Laguna, I fell in love. I had a ton of questions about 7 vs 8 vs 9 size, felt types, colors, etc, etc and never once did I ever feel rushed. It honestly felt like buying a car and I wish all car salesman would be as educated and polite as these owners are. After a few weeks of driving back and fourth to the show room, I finally made a decision and placed my order. Since COVID decided to shut down the world and turn every last human being into pool sharks, it was going to be a few months before I received i
