Stopped in Billiards Unlimited on a Saturday around 5:30 PM, wasnt sure they would be open but walked up and door was open! Bob, the owner was getting ready to close for the night but took the time to show me tables and answer all my questions. This is my first table purchase, so I had all kinds of questions and he was so professional and showed me different tables, felts, and break aways of how Olhausen tables are built. I ended up going back a few more times and decided on the Olhausen Belmont in black frame and rails with red Simonis felt. They delivered and setup a few days later and the installers were just as professional taking their time to carry the 3 heavy pieces of slate down our steps that had to hard turns. I did a bunch of research on how to stretch Simonis cloth and they did an amazing job. We love our new table and I would tell anyone looking for a table, go see Bob, he knows his stuff and will spend as much time you need to find you the perfect table

They moved my grandparents 50+ year old pool table from their basement to mine. They had to take it completely apart due to the 90 degree staircase. They also completely updated the rubber bumpers and the felt and did an amazing job for a great price. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience here with Bob! Our family is getting into pool, and Bob took time to explain and show us around the tables. Pricing was excellent based on my online research. We are very happy with finished table in our home.

Impossibly, Bob Burns of Billiards Unlimited found me the exact pool table I'd been trying to find for years. In the process, I spoke with many companies, most of which never bothered calling me back. Though a long distance away, Bob took my request seriously, ultimately presenting me with great options within a few days. To me, Bob had seemingly done the impossible. In the days and weeks that followed, he found my table, went through it carefully in his shop, made my modifications and then expertly set it up in my home. Bob and his crew were professional, skilled and conscientious. I've given Billiards Unlimited a five-star review, but would give higher if able.
