Universal Billiards

I made my first shopping trip to Universal Billiards, about 4-5 weeks ago and met Justin at the Frisco store. he very Kindly spent quite a bit of time looking at a number of table choices and offer to meet me the next day at the larger warehouse store, where he again spent a great deal of time showing me various choices. I made a selection. And the table arrived in the time frame promised. The delivery team was excellent and didn't even complain When they had to install the table upstairs! after the table was installed, I went back and Michael (Justin's day off) kindly helped me with appropriate accessory choices. From start to finish, my experience with the team at Universal Billiards could not have been better!

I was very pleased with purchasing an 8-foot pool table from Nicole, the store manager. She was extremely helpful, kind, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. The installers, Frodo and Evan, were also fantastic. They arrived on time, were very friendly, and answered all of my questions and concerns. They took their time to make sure the table was perfectly leveled and centered exactly where we wanted it. Their attention to detail and professionalism really showed. Overall, this is a great place with excellent customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend them!

Justin and his team were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional from start to finish. They came out to reassemble and level our pool table after a cross-country move, and they did an excellent job. We truly appreciated their professionalism and great customer service. Awesome experience dealing with everybody at Universal Billiards. The customer service displayed by Michael Smith was top notch; way above and beyond. He is more than a sales man, he makes sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. Everything was top notch from scheduling to delivery and set up. Sam is the man for delivery and set up. The tender love and care he provided to make sure everything was immaculate. Sam also provided excellent tips and tricks to make all the equipment shine for a life time. All of this at a huge savings over the competition.

This is my second review and this one is about the delivery and install of a pool table. The team of Hopper & Even were professional, efficient, and meticulous with the setup. They handled the slate and felt with great care and made sure the table was perfectly leveled. Best of all, they cleaned up every scrap of packaging and debris.
