I wanted to support this local business, but this was a terrible experience. I purchased and financed a pool table, and on delivery day the delivery team damaged the table while bringing it into my home. They then tried to have me sign the delivery receipt anyway. Thankfully, I inspected it first and refused. Instead of fixing the issue, they left the damaged table in my house and claimed they had other deliveries to make. Communication afterward was extremely slow. It took 2–3 weeks just to reach the store manager, who did a very poor job handling the situation. He only responded after I disputed the charge with my bank. Their proposed solution was to repair the table, even though it would never be in original condition. I refused and requested a return, which also took far longer than it should have. Thankfully, my bank protected me. Be very careful if you shop here and inspect everything before signing. I will not be returning and never recommending this store to anyone!

Bought my cue stick from here today. They had a great collection. The lady was very friendly and helpful. The manager guy didn’t greet, didn’t seen friendly. I didn’t feel welcomed by him. That’s why my experience is just okay. It couldn’t have easily been 5 star otherwise.

I had a great experience with Rebekah. She helped me with my new beginnings in playing pool and guided me through purchasing a pool stick that was perfect for league play. Her conversation was enjoyable, and she was incredibly smart and intuitive—she helped me with everything I needed and made the whole process easy and comfortable. I truly appreciate her and highly recommend her. She’s a real asset and absolutely deserves recognition.

This place is fantastic! They have a huge range of products from high to mid range tables and ask the billiard supplies you can think of. Additionally, they have a lot of game room type games, as well. Our salesperson was fantastic - no pressure and super helpful.

Went to Plano store to find a pool table and shuffleboard. We walked in and met Patrick. He was super helpful and we landed on an Olhausen matching set pool table and shuffleboard. While I wanted an 8’ table we deemed it best to go with 7’ for my space and it was absolutely the best decision. Table and felt are great. Installers arrived on time and were super friendly. Pool table up and running and shuffleboard coming a few weeks behind. Same crew will bring it out and we will have a matching set. I would highly recommend Billiard Factory to anyone in the market for a high quality pool table.
