Justin’s customer service was world class from the first phone conversation, fielding all my questions via text messages and insuring I was satisfied with the install. I don’t have the biggest of game rooms but the shorter 52” ques do the trick for the balls on the rail when the wall comes into play. Justin told me they would do the trick and he was right!!! It works out perfect and the weight is very similar to the normal ques. This type of care for the customer is what will keep me coming back in the future and gives Universal Billiards free advertisement with the positive feedback by word of mouth as I have already shared my experience with all my friends and family. The installation was seamless and the installers were total professionals. They made sure I was totally satisfied with the install before they left and boy was I ever. Justin, you and your team made this an awesome, non-pressure felt experience, which was truly appreciated. Check out the pics below. I was surfing the web for a pool table and came across Universal Billiards Texas Colt, and I thought this table would be perfect in a loft for a new shop (Man Cave) I was getting ready to build. Now, almost a year later my shop is near complete and the color scheme throughout the shop was chosen to complement the 8' Texas Colt with weathered smoke rails, star sights and black cloth which I had not even ordered yet. Just before Christmas My wife and I decided it was time to go to Farmers Branch and see about getting the table ordered. Michael met us at the door coming in. I explained to him what I was doing and that I was looking for a Texas Colt. Michael took us to a table they had on display in the showroom, but the cloth was the wrong color for what we needed. He suggested we could have one custom built with black cloth along with a few other adds like a very cool hidden retractable drawer under the table that holds sticks and balls. The process would take about 6-8 weeks. We didn't think about it long and Michael had my money. At 7 weeks I called to check on the order and the table was ready. Universal Billiards has the best quality custom pool tables. The staff they have are fantastic and they make moving your pool table from one location to the next easy and affordable. I recently moved homes and two of the Universal Billiard staff named Frodo and Goose came out to my rental home to disassemble my pool table, deliver it to my new home, and reassemble it where I wanted it. They were very professional and courteous, they were careful during this process to not damage the pool table, and they assembled and balanced my pool table so it was ready to be used again. They did all this in a timely fashion and the customer service was outstanding. This is the second time I have had Universal Billiards help me move my pool table and I would highly recommend them every time! Thank you Frodo and Goose! Your help yesterday was greatly appreciated!

Great experience with these folks. Huge thanks to Justin for helping us on the floor and picking out what would work best for us. He was very patient and knowledgeable with all of our questions. Delivery went fantastic as well with Sam and John who did a great job, taking extra care to protect everything when they brought it in and assembled everything. Will definitely come here again.
