Craig has sold me a few machines and it's been a great experience each time. As with all pinball, there are bound to be issues. He's responded to me on weekends and after hours with fixes. He's definitely gone above and beyond to take care of me, which is unusual for a business these days! I highly recommend them for your pinball needs!

Ordered a pinball through Craig and overall was a very positive experience. Pinball machines are mechanical and its pretty common to have some issues direct from the factory so having a local dealer like Craig helps a ton with any problems. About to put a deposit down on another which is all the recommendation anyone should need.

I’ve now purchased two pinball machines from Fun! Craig Hassel and his staff are beyond amazing. Polite, good ‘ole customer service which is hard to find these days. One of my two machines (Godzilla) developed an issue with the optos. The part was ordered but stern was or is having supply issues like almost every one is since covid. Craig, to help me out sent one of his techs over who discovered in manufacturing some of the soldering was missed. The tech repaired it and my Godzilla was 100% and remains 100%.. Top notch service, fixing an issue from the factory. They just delivered another machine “cactus canyon remake”. I traded in another machine to mitigate cost and received a very fair price for it. They delivered it, leveled it and ensured all was right. I can easily suggest Craig and the staff at fun! Do yourself a favor if in the market and give them all call. A+++

I just bought a classic pin from Craig's store today and im very happy with the purchase. Ive owned several pins over the years and even work on them myself as a side hobby. After seeing their website first and finding something I wanted to go check out first before buying, I went to their store and immediately was impressed with how nice it is and wonderful selections of different games from pinball, video arcade, billiards, and others! The staff there was very enjoyable to talk to about the different games and some of the history behind the family owned business. The team there, Melissa and Bear, setup my delivery same-day and im already enjoying the game! Thank you all very much at BG Superstore for making my purchase seamless and enjoyable.
