Always love the service I get at Oakwood Pools and Spa’s. Whenever I bring in water sample they always tell me exactly what I need to get my pool clean. They also keep my Hot Tub in good shape.

Scott was very informative on the selection of my Tub, he and his crew were professional, on time, and provided a fantastic all around purchasing experience. I will recommend to everyone. UPDATE I purchased my Hot Springs Hot Tub 5 years ago from Oakwood Pools and Spa. The delivery and set up were excellent. They were on time and everyone from sales to the installers were super nice and knew what they were doing. Did I mention I live 100 miles away, they were the closest dealer!! Fast forward to 2025, I had an issue where the pump would not come on, (high pressure switch was not letting the pump come on) they were very helpful, took the time to trouble shoot the issue and we determined it might be that the filters were 5 years old, even tho I cleaned them over the years as required, but they get old and can restrict the flow. They were right!!! All I needed were new filters. Short version, during their busiest time, they took the time to help solve the issue. Highly recommend.

As a new home owner with a pool, I didn’t realize how much it actually takes to have a pool. lol I want to give a huge thanks to Conner & Colten, they have been a huge help since day 1. Conner was very informative & his patience level is a whole other deal! 😂 I have learned so much in this process & I am happy to say I will continue doing business with them. I 10/10 recommend, seriously. The customer service here is chefs kiss. 🤌🏼 & the communication between us & their crew, was impressive! 🙂 here is a before & after! (The before is literally how it looked when we opened the pool for the first time since we bought the house!!! 🤢)

After 2 weeks of phone calls and promises to call me back with an answer and no phone calls, I finally got told they couldn’t replace my liner. Not upset the answer is no, just don’t take 2 weeks or so to say no. “Too Busy” lol.
