Outback Pool & Spa

We're excited to have our spa after wanting one for so long. The staff are all terrific, no one is pushy, and you're allowed to take your time to choose the right tub. Jason got us started in the right direction over a year ago, and we're very happy we moved forward, and that we are supporting a local business.

I recently bought a house with a indoor pool/swim spa. The heater and blower motor stopped working so I called the home warranty company. They said they had no one in the area to repair and for me to find a contractor to work with. After talking to a couple other pool companies, no one was interested in helping. I called Outback and was informed they normally work on their own products but send them some details and pictures of the installation/problem and they would consider. Outback agreed to come out and evaluate the job and cost. After the visit, they agreed they would work with the insurance company and got the repairs approved. They came out and did a fantastic job with the repairs which included crawling under the house to replace a control line. I cannot say enough about the absolute fantastic help I received from Savannah, Chloe and Anthony at Outback. They went over and above to help me when no one else would. Outback is the best in GP! Every employee is friendly, polite, and does great work. The guys who do the spa refills and cleanings are excellent. Really glad I took advantage of their refill special this month! I recommend them to all pool & spa owners in GP.

Jason came out to check me out for an allege bloom he seemed nice at first so I went inside and let him do his work but then as I was mixing myself a drink I looked at my backyard cameras and saw that he kicked my DOG into the pool. I was Shocked that he would do such a thing he is lucky I didn’t call the authority’s I told him to leave and he said “the little mutt deserved it” after admitting that it didn’t bite or even bark at him. Shameful
