I really appreciate that they don’t try to upsell unnecessary products, which makes the whole experience straightforward and trustworthy. The complimentary water testing is super convenient and always gives me exactly what I need to keep my pool dialed in. Highly recommend!

We purchased a new spa here a few years ago. They have always been fair and honest people. We since sold that home and moved to another with a Caldera salt spa which the people at Emerald also have helped me with weekly suggestions on chemicals to keep everything like new. I can't be any happier with a local business. Honest , respectful people from sales to service.

I have purchased many, many items from Emerald Pool & Patio over the years…a large outdoor sectional for our front patio, an umbrella table with four swivel rockers for our backyard patio, a loveseat, swivel rocker and chair for our upper deck and last but not least a BullFrog Hot Tub. The products we purchased did not disappoint. They are all high quality and built to last. We love every item we have purchased. Their customer service is exemplary!

My husband and I so appreciate all the support we have received from Hope and Elizabeth in the service department!! They have gone above and beyond to advocate for us with pool heater issues and scheduling Garrett for any repairs!! Garrett is very knowledgeable, competent and dependable while at our home working on our pool project. I cannot say enough good about Zach’s expertise and help with pool chemical analysis and recommendations for pool maintenance. I went in looking for a fireplace insert. The folks at Emerald not only helped me figure out that I needed a gas fireplace (not an insert), they also helped me choose something perfect for my needs. They didn't oversell me with something too powerful for my needs, but they also made sure to find me a product that fit all my needs. I now have an Astria fireplace with an electric pilot to save gas. However, I can switch to a standing pilot if there's ever a power outage. As someone who lost power for 8 days in 2024, this mattered so much to me. Emerald also connected me with a great contractor to do the install (Southern Comfort). The whole process was smooth and easy. I'd recommend Emerald for anyone looking for a new fireplace.
