Stopped in for a beginner’s pool cue. Chris was present and did excuse himself when the phone rang but came back again. He advised me of my options including positives and negatives without being pushy and no pressure to buy stick over another. I will return.

Was here for the first and last time yesterday. After inquiring about a cue using their online chat (assistant was offline) I decided to drive down and check out the store. What I was looking for was listed available there so why not as I had intended to purchase it. I walk in and see a couple checking out a cue with no employee visible (maybe they're in the back?). I look around the whole store and as I walk to the counter, there's the employee sitting behind the monitor. Not once was I greeted or asked if I needed help with anything. After making it obvious I was interested in something I asked a few questions about the cue I inquired about earlier (drop shipped also means in stock). Didn't feel like I got much help here. After walking around looking at more cues I just decided to leave. Apparently my business wasn't needed with all I was ready to spend. Price means nothing without service to match. I went elsewhere and now have my first cue.

I was looking to upgrade to a better pool cue but had a ton of questions and wanted to "test drive" different cues. These guys are great! I spent like an hour shooting around with different cues and shafts and I never felt rushed. Chris was super helpful and knows what he's talking about. The purchase was totally smooth as well and Chris responded quickly to my emails. Cannot recommend this shop highly enough!

Cannot say enough great things about these guys!!! Their GM Chris went above and beyond! I felt truly valued as a client when speaking with him. Never felt rushed nor a nuisance when speaking with him. He took the time to answer all my questions and provide me excellent feedback and information on the products I had called and inquired about. They weren't very friendly. I felt like we were disturbing them. Got what we needed though.
