I walked in looking for a beginner cue. I walked out feeling like I had just been personally mentored by a billiards wizard. Paul is SO sweet. Like, genuinely kind, patient, and excited to help you find the right fit. I told him I was new, and instead of overwhelming me or upselling me into something I wasn’t ready for, he walked me through everything.. weight, balance, shaft feel, tip quality.. in a way that actually made sense. His expertise is unreal. I’m convinced he can hear the difference between tips from across the room. And then… the deal. Not only did he hook me up with a gorgeous green beginner cue (that absolutely does NOT look like a “beginner” cue - it looks sleek and legit), but he INCLUDED chalk AND a chalk holder. Just threw it in. Casually. As if that isn’t elite customer service behavior. And the price? A killer deal. The kind where you walk out feeling like you somehow won. The cue feels balanced, smooth, and confidence-boosting. I’ve already improved (or at least I feel like I have, which is half the battle). Honestly, I went in hoping not to overspend and left feeling taken care of, set up for success, and genuinely excited to practice. 10/10 experience.
