The Pool & Spa House

Had the tech guy out to fix my pool heater numerous times. Many new parts then he tells me I need a new system, he says roughly $14,000. I didn’t get a bid bc I knew I could do it. I install the new pool heater for $3700 and asked them to come finalize the setup and they tell me now they don’t work on indoor pool and equipment rooms. If you have issues try YouTube before calling this guy out. I’m on to another shop.

Love this place! They are very helpful and even test my water to keep my pool levels right. Even took the time to teach me how to use the test kit I had bought elsewhere. That's what I call good service! Kylen was the nice salesman who helped me.

This is my favorite store. Brian the manager and his employees always test my hot tub water for me. They always print out and explain exactly what I need to do to keep my hot tub water perfect. I buy all of my products from them. I don’t even care at this point if I could find the products cheaper because I can’t even put a price on the way they always take care of me. I have been to the store many times, they never give me a reason to try another company.
