Pleasure working with Perry at their North Charleston location. We found the ideal Caldera Kauai salt water spa that perfectly fit our needs. Perry worked with us to coordinate delivery from a shipment they were expecting the following week. The delivery men arrived exactly within the time slot we had agreed and were very polite and professional. The spa has been up and running now for close to two weeks - what a joy!!

Rude. Unprofessional. Not helpful. If i could give it a negative 5, I would. We are new to looking for the right product for our home so we visited Palmetto Hot Tubs. We were torn between hot tubs and swim spas and were visiting several different businesses. We first thought they were out of business because the place is in a strip mall that looks empty and, pulling up, it was so stark. They were indeed open and we were greeted by an older gentleman who appeared friendly, at first. We had decent small talk and asked if they also had swim spas, and that changed everything, it seems. This guy continued with "not to be negative but ..." so I knew he was going to try some hard sell tactic. He went into a discertation on why we shouldn't go the swim spa route, why they don't sell them and the whole thing got very uncomfortable. That said, we did ask some questions and got some information but it ended up only confirming that 1) we would never do business with this guy for ANYTHING and 2) we were on the right path to a swim spa vs. hot tub. Jump ahead to today when we went to ask about ordering a ModDeck product. As much as we didn't want to work with them, they are the closest Leisu
