CueSight Pool Cues and Billiard Supplies

Took a pool shaft in for some tip work, dropped it off. While there I purchased a nice Meucci cue. Two weeks later, I call back regarding my shaft. The guy was like: what shaft? - Then he explained "my shaft guy is on vacation, will be back next week. I'll check with him when he gets back and let you know. What's your number". I gave him my cell number. Two weeks go by - not a word. I leave a couple of messages - nothing. It's been two months - no shaft - no response. Do NOT drop off anything at this place for repair or adjustment. They have no system of keeping up with your items. And will ignore you. Lucky that shaft was not from a high end cue or I would sue. If you take something in to drop off take a picture of it at the facility before you leave, preferably with him holding it in his hand for evidence - when he loses it or resells it to someone else. I want my shaft!!

Fast shipping however really disappointed in the name I paid additional to add. This was a gift for my husband - It’s so small you can barely read the name!

Bait and switch. Product listing was for a white oak pool cue holder, made in Matthews, NC. What I received was some yellow-ish product, not white oak, made in China, which I could have gotten at any billiards online store. I have been trying to talk to someone ever since - and emails and web site contacts have gone unanswered. I've been part owner of a Chicago pool hall for more than 30 years. Given my experience with this organization, I wouldn't dream of ordering a custom cue from them - or for that matter - any other product where you had to rely on the product listing being accurate. I ordered an eight foot pool table cover that I had customized for our Elks Club in Ohio. They did a fantastic job on the logo and I got it in about a week. We were very happy. I highly recommend them.

Found the perfect purple pool stick and matchy match case for my birthday! They have many styles to choose from and even more on their website. The laid back atmosphere was great while I was deciding which one I wanted. Will definitely be visiting again or ordering online from these great guys!
