From sales to delivery, my purchase went flawlessly. Gabe Williams was my salesman and was very knowledgeable on the different spas. We purchased a two person spa, dining set, an outdoor couch and chair set. They even stored our purchases for four months, waiting on the completion of our second story deck. The men that delivered our spa and furniture, Chris Miles, JJ, and Nate Let us know two hours prior to and then 30 minutes prior to them arriving at our home. They carried our items up two flights of stairs to the second story deck. They did it quickly and seamlessly and we’re very courteous.. Thank you, pool and spa depot!

Purchased an above ground pool and a hot tub from Pool and Spa Depot in Tullahoma. Gabe Williams was knowledgeable with the product and very clear on his explanation of things I asked him. My favorite part about this pool store is all the showroom examples and real pool displays, so you can get a better idea of what their products will look like in your backyard or home. They also have reserved parking for veterans, which I think is nice. A huge thank you to Rilee, who is always helpful and provides service with a smile!
