The crew did an outstanding job of assembling a pool table that had been in storage for 8 years and moved across the country. They were able to replace missing items, fix issues that were caused by the movers who disassembled the table, and did it all in record time. I HIGHLY recommend the Billiard Factory, they do business with integrity.

I’m new to league billiards and needed to buy my first cue. Bret at Billiard Factory was extremely helpful — he took the time to walk me through what would work best for my style and skill level. He even let me test a few cues before making my decision. Great experience and excellent customer service from start to finish!

These guys are awesome.. Just moved into the area and wanted my table leveled and new felt installed. Everything was done on time and it looks and plays great. Check out their store too, everything you could want for your game room.

The location on Limestone Commerical is gone which I figure it would because it was bad spot to be at. The staffs aren’t that great when it comes to billiards stuff and doing tips work(most time nobody available for that). My buddy and I went to bee cave location and nobody to do tips work. Why aren’t employees not have a lathe machine in the shop? It’s a billiards shop right? SMH. I miss when MO was working there. My buddy and I went to Austin Billiards and Jim help us. We found a new spot which is on Anderson Mills. Go to Jim!

I have worked with the Billiard Factory for over 10 years. I have purchased many fun games and they have helped us with moving our games such as the foosball and pool table a few times. They have always been professional and completed the job well. Just recently we required them to help us with moving our pool table once again. In the moving process there was an accident and one of the slates were broken. I was extremely worried especially these days when most companies do not take responsibility for their mistakes but Bob Cohen at the Billiard Factory was extremely apologetic and made sure that we were taken care. The piece was replaced and I did not have to "track" them down. It's hard to know when you are working with a good company. When something unforeseen happens and the company takes responsibility and does the right thing, that is when you know this company is above the rest. I would highly recommend the Billiard Factory in Bee Cave and I will personally always work with them. Thank you to the Billiard Factory for providing exceptional service.
