I had been in the market for a new Artesian Pelican Bay hot tub, already owning a smaller model and being very satisfied with it. After speaking with 4–5 dealers, I noticed pricing varied significantly—some even refused to provide quotes unless I visited in person or sat through a sales pitch. Since I already knew exactly what make and model I wanted, that approach didn’t appeal to me. I reached out to The Leisure Center Pool & Spa Shoppe using their online contact form, unsure if they’d be willing to deliver to Austin. To my surprise, Conner texted me the next day with detailed pricing and options. Initially, I was cautious due to how much lower their quote was compared to local dealers—but after reading their Google reviews, I felt confident moving forward. They originally quoted a delivery timeline of 2–3 weeks after placing the deposit, but I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call just 8 days later that they had received the tub and to asking if they could deliver it tomorrow! Surprise and delight! Conner handled all the logistics seamlessly. His team left at 5:00 a.m., drove over 3 hours, and arrived right on time at 8:30 a.m. The delivery crew was outstanding. T

Leisure Center Pools and Spa has been our go-to for all of our pool needs! From our new pool sand filter, in-ground liner, and Dolphin vacuum to chemicals and water testing, Leisure has been knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with! Definitely recommend using Leisure Center!

they replaced an old hot tub that sprung a leak. we Bought an Artesia with upgraded lights. When tub came in it was installed very quickly. everyone there i deal with are always professional. absolutely love the new tub
