Was in Dallas from out of state and contacted them, super nice and helpful. Stopped by on way into town on Friday morning they took the time to explain options *and not upsell me something I did not need). Repair was done at 10am next day and even sanded and sealed the shaft for me when picked up. Great guy, honest, great work and fast. I will definitely be using him for any repairs I need.

I was in the market for a pool table and after searching several billiard companies, I found this place and Mr. Aguilar really is a great family oriented man, very nice and professional and also fair pricing. The guys that installed my table were great! They did an awesome job! they fixed my cue! cheap.

I went to get a softer cue tip, a preditor soft or a kamui soft installed on my players cue but they didn't have ether so they are putting a elk skin tip on my cue. I'm hoping it will improve my draw shots. Refugio is a good guy with reasonable prices that refurbish's pool tables and will give you a good price. The elk skin tip does give better control and more draw. He carries lots of colors of chalk (Silver Cup),also gloves at reasonable prices.

My first time coming to this place and I was satisfied with the service that the owner provided me. He was helpful in finding the proper equipment I was seeking and the prices were not high. this company does on the site repair and I will definitely will be a returning customer. I highly recommend this place for a billiards player.
