Ideal Pool & Spa was more than accommodating w the purchase and installation of my new hottub! Jake was great in helping me select a tub suitable for my needs, and the installation team friendly, thorough and informative. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a pool or hottub.

Please read This review, I promise it will make a difference whenever you decide to Purchase And maintain your hot tub! I bought my hot springs sovereign six person Hot Tub in 2020 right at the beginning of the pandemic… It was not cheap, but I’m a firm believer and you get what you pay for! I’m a disabled combat veteran and this Hot Tub was not for leisure. It was for therapy. To make a long story short, I started having issues with my Hot Tub and the dealer that I bought the Hot Tub from Had no interest in upholding their end of the bargain With maintaining and honoringthe warranty agreement. I can assure you, it was a nightmare!!! I contacted Ideal in Beckley To try to get some help with what was going on with my Hot Tub because the other dealer was no longer interested in helping me, and I Was never returning there again. I spoke with Lacey and without bringing up my nightmare situation He listened to what was going on and assured me that everything would be taken care of and ever apologized that this wasn’t handled correctly From the dealer that I purchased My Hot Tubfrom. Within a few weeks I already had an appointment To have my hot tub fixed And it would be under the warra

We were notified well in advance of our tubs arrival and delivery / setup was simple with their experienced team. If you are looking to buy a hot tub look no further than ideal!

We purchased a hot tub from Ideal. It was a great experience. The entire crew that we dealt with had been, and continues to be, awesome. From Jake in sales to the two gentlemen that delivered and set up the hot tub (I’m horrible with names), they have all been great. We have had a fantastic experience with the business as a whole. We’ve been in the hot tub every night that we’ve been home since it was installed. We even captured this picture of the full moon shining through the ice on the trees the other night. We would definitely recommend Ideal for your pool and spa needs!!!

Ideal was as the word says IDEAL. The prep for installation was explained to a tee. Once an electrician got us set up, Ideal was there in 2 days. They quickly moved, set up and explained everything we needed to know. The salesman and delivery crew were knowledgeable and helpful and answered all questions.
